These shipping conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop of All Sense International within the European Union, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The applicable shipping costs are clearly and transparently displayed to the customer prior to completing the order process. All stated shipping prices are final prices and include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT), where applicable.
The choice of shipping method shall be made by All Sense International, taking into account the type, scope, weight, and destination of the order. The customer is not entitled to a specific shipping method unless expressly agreed otherwise.
For small materials and spare parts such as seals, O-rings, or small adapters, shipment by letter mail may be offered. If the size, weight, or nature of the goods exceeds the permissible conditions for letter mail, the shipment will automatically be sent as a parcel.
Letter mail shipping costs are as follows:
• Austria: EUR 3.90
• European Union: EUR 5.90
• Switzerland & Liechtenstein: CHF 7.90
Parcel shipping costs within Austria are as follows:
• Up to a net cart value of EUR 65.00: EUR 9.90
• Between EUR 65.01 and EUR 135.00 net: EUR 6.90
• From EUR 135.01 net: free shipping
Parcel shipping costs to other member states of the European Union are as follows:
• Up to a net cart value of EUR 100.00: EUR 14.90
• Between EUR 100.01 and EUR 170.00 net: EUR 9.90
• From EUR 170.01 net: free shipping
Parcel shipping costs for deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein are as follows:
• Up to a net cart value of CHF 170.00: CHF 18.90
• Between CHF 170.01 and CHF 255.00 net: CHF 13.90
• From CHF 255.01 net: free shipping
Additional customs duties, import charges, or country-specific taxes may apply for deliveries to third countries and shall be borne by the customer unless expressly included in the purchase price.
Free shipping is granted only if the conditions specified in the online shop at the time of ordering are fulfilled. The decisive factor is the cart value displayed during the order process after deduction of any discounts. Letter mail shipments are excluded from free parcel shipping.
Delivery shall be made to the delivery address specified by the customer during the order process. Delivery times are stated in the online shop or within the order confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall take place within the legally permissible period. Partial deliveries are permissible insofar as they are reasonable for the customer.
The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods shall pass to consumers only upon delivery of the goods to the customer or to a person authorized by the customer to receive the goods.
All Sense International reserves the right to amend these shipping conditions. The version published in the online shop at the time the order is placed shall apply.
Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform All Sense International of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal:
If this contract is withdrawn, all payments received from the consumer, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the consumer choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), shall be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notification of withdrawal was received by us.
For this reimbursement, the same means of payment used for the original transaction will be used unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will the consumer be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
Reimbursement may be withheld until the goods have been returned or until proof has been provided that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
The goods must be returned or handed over without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which the withdrawal was declared. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
The consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.
The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods if such diminished value results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
